The contents of the maintenance program for asset master data have been changed. The user interface is not affected by this change. The purpose of the change is to make it possible (in a future release) to create assets in other SAP applications or from a non-SAP system.
The change also required a name change. If you have created your own programs for creating batch input sessions for master data maintenance, you need to realize this name change in your program. You should also change the program names for the screens of 'SAPMA02S' in 'SAPLAIST'.
