Defining Usage Profiles for Dangerous Goods Check Methods 

Procedure

  1. In Customizing for Dangerous Goods Management, call the IMG activity Specify usage profile for dangerous goods check methods.

    2. The Change View Usage Profile for Dangerous Goods Check Routines: Overview screen appears.

    Specifies the check method for which the usage profile is created.

    ModeTransCat

    1

    Defines the mode of transport category for which the check routine is valid (Road, in this case).

    Val. Area

    REG_ADR

    Defines the validity area in which the check method can be used (World, in this case).

    Function

    7

    Defines the country’s function within the validity area (in this case, the country can be the country of departure, the transit country, or the country of destination).

    You can define any number of usage profiles for a check method.

  3. Save your entries.
