CO-PA line item reports in the Release 3.0A Information System

Description

A new feature of costing-based Profitability Analysis is the line item report. This includes the following functions:

1. Line item layout
Before you can display line items, you have to define a line item layout. This is done the same way you define forms. Each layout contains a lead column and any number of additional characteristic and value field columns. You can create lists with up to 254 characters.

2. You can also switch between different line item layouts within a line item report.

3. Selection of additional characteristics
The functions "Display plan line items" and "Display actual line items" offer you the pushbutton "Additional selections" to allow you to enter further selection parameters for characteristics.

4. Actual line item display
Here the currency is converted to the entry currency.

5. Sorting according to any field

6. Access using the report/report interface
You can call up a line item report from a drill-down report.

7. Reorganization
A reorganization program is available for line item layouts.
