During resource-related billing, individual resource items are created using information on company costs. You can select the resource items to be billed for each customer individually with the user exit.

You can carry out the following with the user exit:

• Adding resource items that are not selected in the standard for new documents
• Checking items in existing documents
• Updating the document flow
