Creating Scheduling Agreements
To create a scheduling agreement, proceed as follows:
The values for sales organization, for distribution channel and the division are usually proposed from user-defined parameters. Entries for the sales office and the sales group are optional.
– Customer number of the sold-to party
– Customer purchase order number
– Material numbers
– Order quantities for the materials
The following list shows you see three possible formats for entering the delivery date:

The last entry you made is always used as a default value here.
The system determines the confirmed quantity.
Delivery scheduling may mean that the system cannot confirm the quantity until a later date. In this case, the system creates a second schedule line with a confirmed quantity and date.
Packing Information in the Scheduling Agreement
You can specify packing suggestions in a scheduling agreement. You can decide how you want the individual items to be packed at delivery time. This information is then copied into the delivery during delivery processing and can, if necessary, be changed there.
To enter packing information in the scheduling agreement, choose Extras
