As of 3.0, qualifications with a start date can be assigned to an employee,
even if that employee's entry into the company is after
the qualification start date.
For example: entry date July 01, 1994
Relationship start date: January 01, 1970
The basic handling has not changed. We would, however, like to point out that for this functionality, the start date of every qualification has to be before or equal to the start date of the person to whom it is assigned.
Qualifications are proposed with the start date 01.01.1900. Even if this is changed, it is not possible to have relationships before the qualification start date.
