Changing Sales Commission 

Use

The regional director now changes the sales commission for his sales offices and does this for the combination customer groups/product groups.

Procedure

  1. Switch to the planning session.
  2. Under Planning levels, choose SALES1 ® SALES1-2.
  3. On the right-hand side of the screen, you now see the characteristics that have been selected for this planning level. The change is to be made for sales office 1000.

  4. Under Planning methods¸ choose SALES1 ® Enter plan data ® SALES1-2.
  5. The planning layout then appears. You see the material groups in the first column, then the customer groups, and then three columns containing different sales offices.

  6. Increase each of the amounts in the row Material group 001/Customer group 01 by € 5000 and choose Enter.
  7. Save your entries by choosing .
  8. Now switch to the report session.
  9. To start the MNGNT-SALES report again, choose .
  10. Make the same entries as before and then choose .
  11. In the central window on the left, double-click Sales office.
  12. In the Detail list screen, you now notice in the Sales commission row that a delta of € 15 000 with regard to the management plan has occurred.

  13. To leave the report, choose .
  14. Confirm the dialog box with Yes.
