Entering Activities 

To use the functions in the following table, call up the notification in the create or change mode.

What you should know

Record activities for the notification header

Choose the Activities tab page.

Enter the data in the activity overview.

Record activities for the notification header in the activities detail screen

Select an activity in the activity overview and choose Detail view.

Enter the data in the activity detail screen.

Enter the date and time when the activity was performed.

To create a new activity from the detail screen, choose New entry.

Record activities for a single item

Choose the Items tab page, select an item, and then choose the Item activities tab page.

Enter the activity data for the item.
