Up to Release 3.0, there was a separate transaction in the asset menu under Master data for creating fixed assets within the framework of post-capitalization. As of 3.0, this transaction was replaced by an indicator in the entry screen of the normal transaction for creating fixed assets (Asset -> Create ).
