Use
It is often necessary to analyze table contents, particularly in the data archiving area. The table analysis tool counts the table entries and assigns the number of entries found particular field values (for example, organizational units).
Example
The table BKPF contains document headers from Financial Accounting. Each document is assigned to a company code. Using this table analysis tool you can determine how many entries belong to each company code.
