The structure of the R/3 procedure model has changed.
There are still 4 phases. However, the work packages have been partly restructured. Some work packages have been grouped together.

The texts that are available for each work package have also been updated.
These changes are based on more than 2 1/2 years experience on implementing R/3. As a result, the implementation process is clearer and easier.
You still reach the procedure model by choosing Tools -> Customizing -> Basic functions -> Procedure model.
