New Design of Personnel Management Application Components 

Use

Further Personnel Management application components now have a new interface design, which has been developed based on the Cooper Interaction Design . This design improves the usability of Personnel Management in accordance with the EnjoySAP initiative. The new design offers the user a personalized, role- based user interface and, in so doing, provides a user-specific working environment.

In all applications, the process of searching and selecting objects ( organizational units and persons, for example) has been simplified. This is done on the left side of the screen using the Object Manager. You can then edit these objects on the right side of the screen.
