K_KEA_NET Realignments

Definition

This authorization object protects the functions for maintaining and executing realignments in CO-PA.

Defined Fields

The object contains two fields:

Operating concern: Determines which operating concerns the user is allowed to process.

Activity: Determines whether the user can

- create/change/test realignments (activity = 01)

- display and test realignments (activity = 03)

- execute realignments with update or in test mode (activity = 16)

The activity "execute" includes scheduling and starting background jobs, which can lead to long runtimes. Remember that this activity actually changes data.

The activity "test" refers to the "test monitor" function, which makes no changes to the database and does not have long runtimes.

Example

User X is allowed to create and execute realignments in all operating concerns. Authorizations:

Operating concern "*"

Activity "16"

User Y is allowed to display realignments for operating concern "S001" but cannot execute them. Authorizations:

Operating concern "S001"
