Definition

This authorization object lets you protect individual operating concerns and the functions for distribution.

Defined Fields

The object contains two fields:

• Operating concern: This lets you specify for which operating concerns a user can perform the functions for distribution.

• Activity: This lets you specify which functions the user is authorized to use.

- Install distribution (Activity = 64)

- Run initial supply, reconciliation, roll-up (Activity = 16)

Example

User A is allowed to use all the functions for distribution in operating concern S001. Authorizations:

• Activity *

• Operating concern S001

User B can execute the initial supply in operating concern S001. Authorizations:

• Activity 16

• Operating concern S001
