Shelf Layout in SAP Retail Store 

Use

The store associate can use this function to get information on the layout of the individual shelves in the store. The currently valid and next (planned) version is available for each shelf. A store manager can therefore control the current layout of each shelf and prepare for changes that are to be made to the shelves. The store manager can plan the capacities needed for these changes in good time, and the early availability of information on changes to shelf layout enables the store manager to give feedback to the central space management department.

The system displays a list of all shelves (layout modules) including the versions named above. For each version, the user can go to a details screen containing a list of the assigned materials. If you use a space management program that can display planograms in HTML format, it is also possible to display an image of each shelf and its materials, and to carry out further evaluations.
