Processing and Completing the Service Notification 

Use

The service technician who processed this call has solved the problem by telephone and now records the results.

Procedure

  1. Log on to your IDES system as user WF-SM-1 , password WELCOME .
  2. Call up the transaction as follows:
  3. Menu Path

    Office ® Workplace ® Inbox ® Workflow

    Transaction Code

    SBWP

    On the Workflow screen, you see a list of service notifications.

  4. Double-click on for your notification number.
  5. Choose the Tasks tab page.
  6. Position your cursor on the Task code field, then choose the F4 input help.
  7. You see a catalog selection.

  8. Choose the "+" character before PC, select the task code TEL and choose Select.
  9. Enter the following data:

  11. Choose .
  12. Select the task you have just created.
  13. To complete the task, choose .
  14. In the Status field, the status is now TSCO.

  15. Choose Service Notification ® Functions ® Complete.
  16. In the Complete dialog box, verify the date and time of the completion of this service notification, then choose .
  17. The system saves the data.

    The work item you have processed is no longer displayed, indicating that the work is completed.
