Determining Material Requirements and Checking Cust. Complaint 

  1. Make sure that you are still logged-on as User WF-PP-P (the same user as the previous step). You can verify this in the User field in the System ® Status menu.
  2. Call up the transaction as follows:

  4. Select your engineering change request and choose .
  5. Choose Goto ® Object ® All objects.
  6. Choose .

  14. Choose Goto ® Change header.
  15. Choose (with the status management function key).
  16. Choose Check request in the dialog box.
  17. The System status field now confirms the change request status to be CRTD CECR.

  18. Choose Continue.

  20. The Workflow Inbox (WF-PP-P) screen is displayed again. The work item remains in the Inbox of user WF-PP-P until all necessary actions for the change request have been completed.

  21. Choose to refresh the Workflow Inbox.
  22. Choose , but do not log off.

In the next process step you will open another IDES session and logon as user WF-PP-E to further process the complaint. You can keep both windows open for the rest of this example, and will move back and forth between them.
