Assigning MRP Groups to a Grouping WBS Element

Use

You define the area of validity for a grouping WBS element by assigning the MRP groups, for which the grouping WBS element is to be used, to the grouping WBS element.

Prerequisites

You have created valid MRP groups and assigned the materials.

You have created grouping WBS elements and have entered the indicator 2 the Grouping WBS element field.

Procedure

Starting from the SAP menu, choose Logistics ® Project system ® Material ® Planning ® Requirements grouping ® Assign MRP groups.
