A range of functions are available that help you to manage the securities that are your position. They enable you to represent changes that occur over time for a position in the system.

The Securities account transfer function enables you to transfer a security position from one securities account to another.

The Corporate actions function enables you to perform capital changes in stock corporations.

Several standard functions are available in the system: Stock split, Stock swap, Capital reduction, Capital increase from retained earnings, Transfer new stock to old stock, Post subscription rights, and Issue currency changeover). You can also use the corporate action category Manually generated to define capital changes yourself.

The Update planned records function recalculates the cash flows for the securities positions you have selected and updates them to the database.

This includes functions for blocking and unblocking securities accounts or individual security position items.

These functions are required for the euro changeover.

This function sends mails to the relevant clerks to inform them about due dates.
