This new function in Organizational Management is for the simple maintenance of structures, in particular, organizational units, jobs, and positions. It can also be used for the staffing of these and for task assignment. The simple handling enablss even inexperienced users to get quick results. It should be used in conjunction with the setup of Workflow structures (Routing) and to generate authorities.
