Transactions for Task Processing 
Use
Using these new transactions, you can process and display notification tasks. You can record the progress of the task processing activities using corresponding statuses and by creating long texts. You can display all of the relevant information about the task processing activities and the related notification in corresponding screen areas. The transaction for processing a task is automatically called up when you select a task from the worklist or call up a work item from your Workflow inbox. You can also call up the transaction to process tasks directly using transaction code IQS12 and by entering the notification number, notification item, and task number. Using transaction code IQS13, you can call up the function for displaying tasks.
When you use these transactions, the system checks whether you have the authorization to display or process a corresponding task.
