Setting the Status of Structure Items

Procedure

You can specify the processing status of a structure item. To do this:

Select the structure item for which you want to describe the status.
Choose the Status tab on the upper right screen area.
The default status is Not yet processed. You can change this to:

In process (set this status after you have finished editing the CI templates)

On Hold

Completed

Predefined

Only the assigned owner of a structure item can change its status.

When you change the status of a structure item that has subordinate structure items assigned to it, the status is also changed for all subnodes. This overwrites any previous status. It is, however, still possible to change the status of subnodes.
