Profitability reports
Definition
This object lets you issue authorizations for
the functions of the CO-PA information system. These authorizations apply
equally for reports based on the segment level as well as reports based on
line items.

Fields
It only contains one field: Activity. This
field determines which functions the user is authorized to perform.
- Create report and change key figure scheme
(activity = 01)
- Change report (incl. delete report) and
(activity = 02)
test monitor for profitability reports (Transaction KEMO), assign a hierarchy
for account-based CO-PA (i.e. set the standard cost element group) maintain
variables, and maintain the report tree
- Display report (activity = 03)
- Execute report (activity = 16)
- Reorganize report data/reports/forms/layouts
(activity = 65)
For these functions, you also require the authorization to create the
corresponding object.
- Update reports, schedule variant groups
(activity = 66)
- Carry out characteristic derivation before
(activity = B3)
authorization checks for CO-PA authorizations. This derivation is only carried
out if the user parameter "RDA" is also set to "X".
This object is not dependent
on the operating concern.
Example
User A is authorized to create reports and line
structures, reorganize and actualize report data. Authorizations:
User B can only execute reports. If this user
wants to make changes, he or she needs to contact user A.
