Customizing Menu
Description
The Customizing menu has been completely revised.
All essential Customizing functions you need for configuration can now be
selected directly without having to open a menu.
These are the changes since Release 2.2:
- Customizing Basic Information has been removed
The information is now contained in the online
Customizing documentation
- A Generate Enterprise IMG function has been added
- Set up model company/prototype has been withdrawn
Activities for preparing system configurations
are now in the Set up clients menu, where you can also change the
country-specific settings
- The Implementation Guide section has been completely reorganized and is
replaced by Implementation projects and Release projects.
This section has been removed
An Enhancements function has been added to the
Tools section
This provides access to Development Workbench
and Implementation Guide
objects.
