Creating a Qualifications Subprofile for a Person: Example 

Procedure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel development ® Profile ® Change.
  2. The Change Profile screen appears.

  3. Select the person you want. For more information on selecting objects in the Object Manager, refer to Working With the Object Manager.
  4. Double-click the selected person.
  5. If necessary, change the key date.
  6. Choose the Qualifications tab page.
  7. To display a person’s master data, choose Goto ® HR master data.

  8. Choose .
  9. The Select Qualification dialog box appears.

  10. Select one or more qualifications that you want to include in the qualifications subprofile, and choose Transfer.
  11. This takes you back to the Person: Change Profile <Data selection period> screen.

    To obtain more detailed information on a qualification, select the qualification in question and choose Qualifications ® Display.

  12. Select a proficiency for each qualification, and then choose Enter.
  13. If necessary, change the validity period by changing the values in the Start date and End date fields.
  14. If a validity has already been defined for the qualification, the validity period is delimited automatically.

  15. Save your entries.

Result

You have created entries in the person’s Qualifications subprofile.
