Definition

This object protects the following objects in the CO-PA information system:

Forms for reports based on the segment level

Forms for reports based on line items

Line item layouts

Defined Fields

The object contains three fields:

Activity: Defines whether or not the user can do the following

Create (Activity = 01)
This activity is checked when the user wants to delete forms or line item layouts using the functions for reorganization.

Change (Activity = 02)

Display (Activity = 03)

Transport (Activity = 21)

Import (Activity = 60)

Operating concern: Defines which operating concerns the user can maintain.

Structure: Defines which forms or line item layouts the user can maintain. This field is not checked for activities 21 and 60.

Consequently, this authorization object lets you define who can process which forms and layouts in which operating concerns.

Example

User A is allowed to maintain the forms and line item layouts in operating concern 0010 that begin with A1 and A6. Authorizations:

Activity "01-03"

Operating concern "0010"

Structure "A1*, A6*"

User B is allowed to maintain all the forms and line item layouts which begin with VERT or VER plus a number in all operating concerns. Authorizations:

Activity "01-03"

Operating concern "*"

Structure "VER0*-VER9*, VERT*"

User C is allowed to display all forms and line item layouts in operating concern 0015 but cannot change them. Authorizations:

Activity "03"

Operating concern "0015"

Structure "*"
