Order Summarization in Release 3.0
Description
Release 3.0 contains the following changes to order summarization:
- Select characteristics
In 2.1/2.2, a program was started during
Customizing that generated all characteristics that referred to fields in the
order master record.
Release 3.0 enables you to choose the
characteristics that you want in order summarization and order selection, and
generate exactly these characteristics.
If you need further characteristics later, you
can select them in Customizing and start a regeneration run.
- Specify selection profiles
Release 3.0 allows you to specify a selection
profile when defining order hierarchies so that only the orders that have a
certain status are selected for summarization.
