New Infotype
for Categorizing Business Event Groups 
Use
The new Business Event Group Info infotype lets you determine whether a business event group belongs to the category of event groups that are included in the object indexing process. Indexing is required if you want to integrate an external search engine to facilitate the search for business events in the Employee Self-Service Training Center.

If you plan to use an external search engine and want to include existing business event groups in the indexing process, you have to create the new Business Event Group Info infotype for them.
Note:
We recommend that you maintain this infotype for event groups via the dynamic
Tool Menu in Training and Event Management since you can maintain the infotype
for multiple objects in one step here.
