Profitability Analysis: Cost center assessment

This authorization object protects the assessment of cost center costs to Profitability Analysis.

Defined Fields

This object contains three fields:

• Operating concern: Determines for which operating concern the user can perform the specified activities.

• Plan/actual indicator: Determines whether the user can perform

- actual data assessment (Plan/actual indicator = 0)

- plan data assessment (Plan/actual indicator = 1)

• Activity: Determines whether the user can

- create cycles (Activity = 01)

- change and delete cycles (Activity = 02)

- display cycles (Activity = 03)

- execute assessments (Activity = 16)

- display an overview of cost center assessments (Activity = 58)

Example

User A is allowed to display cycles as well as the overview of plan and actual data assessments in all operating concerns. Authorizations:

• operating concern '*'

• Plan/actual indicator '*'

• Activity '03,58'

User B can also create, change, display, delete and execute cycles. Authorizations:

• operating concern '*'

• Plan/actual indicator '*'

• Activity '*'
