V_KONG_VWE Generate conditions

Definition

This authorization object lets you control user access to the function for generating condition tables. Conditions are organized into general areas of use (price determination, message control, and so on) at the highest level. Then they can be assigned to specific applications (such as price determination in SD, Purchasing, and so on). You also need to maintain two other authorization objects for using conditions in SD: V_KONH_VKO (protects the conditions for individual sales areas) and V_KONH_VKS (protects the condition types).

Defined Fields

The authorization object contains three fields:

• Activity: Determines which activities the user can perform for conditions in the specified application and area of use. The activities are:

• Application: Specifies the application in which the user is authorized to generate condition tables.

• Use: Specifies the use for which the user can generate condition tables.

Example

User A is authorized to generate all condition tables in SD, regardless of how they are to be used. Authorizations:

User B is only allowed to generate condition tables in SD for price determination and rebate processing. Authorizations:
