Assigning Qualifications and Releasing the Task List 

Use

Specific qualifications are required to be able to carry out the operations in the task list. In a later process phase you search for the employee best qualified to perform the work.

Procedure

  1. Select all three operations, then choose Operation ® Qualification.
  2. Position your cursor on the entry field in the Qualification section, then choose the F4 input help.
  3. In the dialog box, choose .
  4. Choose the request profile PM MECHANIC.
  5. To maintain the qualification requirement for the next operation, choose .
  6. For the second operation in the Qualification screen area, enter PM MECHANIC.
  7. Choose .
  8. For the third operation in the Qualification screen area, enter PM MECHANIC.
  9. Choose .

    10. You have now completed the entry of the task list. You can now release it.

  10. Choose Header.
  11. Enter the following data:
