Definition

This authorization object allows you to protect the following functions for creating, displaying and archiving CO-PA line items.

This object is also checked when you delete data from the error file CEERROR (which contains incorrect records from the CO-PA interface for incoming orders).

It also protects the functions for periodic valuation and top-down actual distribution.

Defined Fields

The object contains only one field:

• Activity: Defines whether the user can do the following:

- create (Activity = 01)

- display (Activity = 03)

- archive (Activity = 24)

• Activity 02 ("Change") determines whether the user is authorized to perform periodic valuation or top-down actual distribution.

• Activity 06 ("Delete") determines whether the user can delete the data in the error file CEERROR.

Example

User X may not create or post line items in CO-PA. He can only display existing line items. Authorizations:

• Activity 03

User Y may create line items and display them. Authorizations:

• Activity 01,03
