Calling Up the SAP Reference IMG

Proceed as follows to call up the G/L IMG within the SAP Reference IMG:

  1. From the system menu select Tools ® Customizing, Implementation projects ® Display SAP Refer.-IMG.

    2. The IMG structure is then displayed.

  2. Position the cursor on the Financial Accounting node and select Edit Expand or click once on the plus sign to display the subnodes under Financial Accounting.

    3. The "Financial Accounting Global Settings", "General Ledger" and "Accounts Payable and Receivable" guides are displayed.

  3. Position the cursor on the "Financial Accounting Global Settings", "General Ledger Accounting" or "Accounts Payable and Receivable" and further expand the tree structure until you find the step you require.
  4. Read the descriptions for the relevant activities by double-clicking on the text icons, then go to settings maintenance by clicking on Proceed.
  5. Make the required configuration settings and save them.
  6. You can return to the IMG structure display by clicking Goto ® Back.
