Analysis of Groups 

The Warehouse Management system provides an analysis of groups with regard to the degree to which they have been processed.

Procedure

To access this analysis report

  1. Choose Logistics ® Logistics Execution ® Information System ® Warehouse ® Collective Processing ® Analysis of Groups from the SAP menu.
  2. As a minimum, enter the warehouse number and creation date on the initial screen and choose Program ® Execute.

    3. WM analyzes groups assigned to transfer requirements and deliveries from the following perspectives:

    · Newly created groups

    · Existing active groups

    · Groups completely processed by transfer orders

    · Released or printed groups

    · Total number of groups

    · Information about open transfer orders

  3. Position the cursor on a value in one of the matrix fields and choose Goto ® Overview groups.

Picking Progress Report

This function allows you to monitor the progress of picking in the warehouse. It provides a data list as a quick overview of the status of picking stock for transfer orders in a group (wave).

To execute the picking progress report

  1. Select a group from the Selective Overview screen and choose Goto ® PickProgress.

    2. You can also access this report from the Shipping menu bar (Logistics ® Sales ® Shipping ® Picking ® Wave Picks ® Monitor).

  2. Enter the report criteria on the initial screen and choose Program ® Execute.

The system displays the picking progress list.

If you select a table matrix and choose Goto ® Display open TOs, you can branch to a TO item screen and process (confirm) them from within this report.
