Purpose
The header record contains all pertinent information regarding the specific employee for which the following information applies.
Integration
This information allows you to make sure that you are sending data for every employee within a payroll area.

PERNR Personnel Number |
The number assigned to an employee |
PERID Personal ID Number |
This contains a number that has been assigned to an employee by an outside institution, such as a tax number or a social insurance number |
ABKRS Payroll area |
Payroll area to which employees with the same payroll schedule are assigned |
FPBER Start of payroll period |
The date on which the Payroll For period begins |
FPEND End of payroll period |
The date on which the Payroll For period ends |
FPPER For-period for payroll |
The date on which the For-period payroll is valid |
BUKRS Company code |
The code the company uses for its payroll |
WERKS Personnel area |
The area to which an employee is assigned |
BTRTL Personnel subarea |
The subarea within an area to which an employee is assigned, if applicable |
