IDoc Display Screen
Purpose
This screen displays all high level information for the specific IDoc you selected. From here, you can select information that you want to view to ensure the validity of the data.
Features
Left Frame
The left frame of this screen displays all of the IDocs that you have created. Each is assigned a sequential number by the system. Normally, the IDoc you want to transfer to the Outsourcing port is the last IDoc in the list.

Control Record |
The top record for the selected IDoc file |
Data Records |
The data used to create the IDoc Select and expand this folder to view the IDoc information. |
E1HR_HD |
The IDoc segment containing the header record |
E1HR_KY |
The IDoc segments containing the key record or payroll information Select and expand this folder to view the IDoc segments. Select this field and select Choose to view specific data contained in the IDoc. |
E1HR_TL |
The IDoc segment containing the trailer record The number next to this data record represents the total number of data segments contained in the IDoc. |
Status records |
The status record information stored during the IDoc creation process |
Right Frame
The right frame contains more information about the IDoc itself.

Direction |
Indicates whether the IDoc is inbound or outbound |
Current status |
Indicates the state of the IDoc at this moment, for example, an error occurred or it is ready for processing |
Basic type |
Contains the message type country-specific information for this IDoc |
Extension |
Contains additional information for the basic type field, if applicable |
Message type |
The message that is associated with the IDoc type |
Partn. number |
Contains the name of the partner that you established when you set up the partner definition |
Partn. type |
Contains the information that you established when you defined the logical system |
Port |
Contains the name of the port that you established when you defined the port defintion |
