Sorting Data 

  1. Keep the control key of your keyboard pressed and choose the column headers Material and Revenues. The system highlights the two columns.
  2. Choose .

    3. The system now displays the list by material in descending order. At the same time, the revenues for each material are listed in descending order.

  3. Remain on this screen.
