Evaluating Funds Commitment Documents in The Information System 

  1. Choose one of the following:

The Display Line Item Commitments for Projects screen appears.

  1. Enter the necessary data and choose More selection criteria.
    The Define More Selection Criteria screen appears.
  2. Select Reference document category.
  3. From the overview tree, choose Documents/Objects ® Reference document category.
    In the right-hand screen area, the system displays the Dynamic selections group box.
  4. Enter the reference document category MIVO and save your entry with .
  5. The Display Commitment Line Items for Projects screen appears.
  6. Use to run the report.

You receive a list of all fund commitment documents that fulfill the specified selection conditions.
