As of Release 3.0, a selection log and an error log are provided with the
data selection run for the creation of the Intrastat declaration.
These logs allow you to monitor the creation of your Intrastat declarations
for correctness.
This log enables you to find in your system all documents falling within a certain reporting period, e.g. all POs and contracts for the month of September.
This log enables you to find all documents for a certain commodity code. This may be useful, for example, in the event of queries about your Intrastat declarations received from your Statistical Office.
Using this log, you can see which relevant data is missing from your Intrastat declaration and must be provided to enable you to submit a complete declaration to the Statistical Office.
You obtain the logs after having started the data selection process for the Intrastat declaration.
To ensure that missing data is logged, you must specify which fields are relevant to the Intrastat declaration in your country and include them in the error log.
