Report trees in CO-PC

Description

Release 3.0 supplies report trees for different applications in Controlling. A report tree serves the following functions:

• central source for all reports in an area

• arranges the reports in a hierarchy

The tree structure contains all relevant reports. Selecting a report brings you to a screen in which you can identify the object to be analyzed (order or cost estimate).

Change system parameters in customizing

In Customizing for Product Cost Accounting, you specify

• what reports are shown in the report tree

• how the report tree is structured

• whether the report tree is active or not

Changes to the interface

If the report tree is active, calling up the information system will display the report tree instead of a report list.
