Defining a Standard Drilldown
When you select Edit
® Choose characteristics, a dialog box appears with a list of the characteristics that were set for the standard drilldown.The list can now be edited, i.e you can change the standard drilldown sequence, delete characteristics from the list, and add new characteristics for the standard drilldown.
To delete an characteristic from the list, position the cursor on it and select Delete.
To change the sequence of the characteristics in the list, position the cursor on the characteristic you want to move and select the function Select. Now position the cursor at the desired point in the list and select the function Move.
The function Selection list gives you a list of all the characteristics in the information structure on which the selected analysis is based. Once selected, a characteristic is marked.
To include a new characteristic in the list, position the cursor on that characteristic and select the function Copy. The characteristic is then copied to the selection list.
If you press ENTER, you branch to the list of the selected characteristics.
Press ENTER again to return to the initial screen and save the settings with Settings ® Save.
Note that with Settings ® Save, all of the settings that you changed (parameters, key figures, standard drilldown) are saved (see Interactive Settings)..
