Downloading Lists to a PC File 

You can download the list currently displayed on the screen (initial, drilldown list, list with key figure comparison, list with previous year comparison, list of ‘All key figures’, etc.) into a PC file.

To download a list that is currently displayed on the screen to a PC file, proceed as follows:

  1. If you have an initial or drilldown list, select Analysis ® Export ® Save in PC file.

    2. If you have a list with a key figure comparison, previous year comparison or a list of ‘all key figures’, make your selection from the dialog box, in which the list is displayed and press Save in PC file.

    A dialog box will appear.

  2. Select the format in which the data should be saved. You can choose from the following possibilities:

 

  1. Press Enter.

    2. A dialog box will appear.

  2. In the File name field, specify the name of the file (along with the path) in which the data is to be stored.
  3. Select the key OK .

The selected standard analysis data is then saved to the local file.
