Purchasing Information System:

You have created a list which displays the vendors and the key figure ‘order value’ and ‘invoiced amount’.
In the planned/actual comparison, the actual data and the planned data (in a planning version) of all of the vendors shown in the list are compared with reference to a specific key figure.

Sales Information System:

You have created a list which displays sales organizations and the key figure ‘incoming orders’.

In the planned/actual comparison, the actual data and the planned data (in a planning version) of all of the sales organizations shown in the list are compared with regard to a certain key figure.

You have created a list which displays the material groups and the key figure ‘total usage’. In the planned/actual comparison, the actual data and the planned data (in a planning version) of all material groups that are displayed in the list are compared with reference to the key figure ‘total usage’.
