Materials that lie in the upper classes with regard to both key figure values are not critical.

Sales Information System:

You can classify customers for the key figures ‘number of orders’ and ‘invoiced sales’. This helps you to detect relationships and possible problem areas, such as customers with a relatively low invoiced sales but a high number of orders.

Inventory Controlling:

You can classify materials with regard to the key figures ‘value of the average stock at receipt’ and ‘range of coverage of the average stock at receipt’.

This helps you to detect relationships between both key figures and possible problem areas, such as materials that lie in the upper classes with regard to both key figure values.

Shop Floor Information System:

You can classify work centers with regard to the key figures ‘available capacity’ and ‘capacity requirements’. This helps you to detect relationships between both of the key figures and possible problem areas, such as work centers that have high capacity requirements but only have a minimum available capacity Work centers that lie in the upper classes with regard to both key figure values are insignificant.

You can classify planner groups with regard to the key figures ‘number of recorded notifications’ and ‘number of completed notifications’. This helps you to detect relationships between both of the key figures and possible problem areas, such as planner groups with a high number of recorded notifications but a low number of completed notifications.

You can classify vendors with regard to the key figures ‘average value of the quality key figure’ and ‘standard deviation of the quality key figure’. You might find a problem area such as vendors whose quality key figure has a low average value and a low standard deviation.
