Sorting Lists
You can sort lists in accordance with various criteria. Each list can be sorted in descending or ascending order independent of column (characteristic column or a key figure column). The characteristic column is sorted alphabetically.
Sorting in descending order
To sort a list in descending order, position the cursor in the column you want to sort and select View
® Sort descending order.Sorting in ascending order
To sort a list in ascending order, position the cursor in the column you want to sort and select View
® Sort ascending order.Canceling sort
To cancel an existing sort process, select View
® Cancel sort.
