Perform Data Selection as a Background Job 
You can perform the data selection for the standard analysis as a background job. This is always recommended when a large amount of data is imported.
The standard analysis data that is selected in this way is stored as a selection version and can be subsequently displayed. After the function has been triggered the background processing begins immediately.

You can also use the R/3 job planning function for background processing. Here you have the additional option of scheduling background jobs to take place at regular intervals.
