Bundling Reports

Standard reports can be grouped together and then printed as a bundle for one or more subgroups. The procedure can be compared with the bundling of the data entry form printout.

You should define report groups for this in the Implementation Guide in the section Info system ® Totals reports. You can define this kind of report group in the subgroup master record within subgroup maintenance.

You specify the bundle of standard reports in the report group definition. Each definition entry specifies one of the following parameters for starting the bundled standard reports:

You request this bundle in the Consolidation menu under Info system ® Totals report ® Bundle. You can specify any combination of subgroups. For the specified subgroups, all standard reports assigned to the report group are printed consecutively. If you specify a report group in the request screen, this applies to all specified subgroups, if you do not, the report groups entered in the respective subgroup master record are used.

If you enter subgroups within report group definition for subgroup comparison, the bundle is correspondingly started for this subgroup comparison. This then is precisely what happens if the subgroup mentioned first in the field Subgroup in the report group definition corresponds to the bundle subgroup currently to be edited.
