- Scaling and definition of decimal places are supported. This definition may override specifications made in the report column layout. The pattern for entering scaling and decimal places can be found using the possible entries pushbutton.
- The texts in a standard report appear by default in the logon language of the SAP system. If, however, a report is to be produced in another language, you can enter a corresponding language key in the Language parameter. Please ensure, however, that all texts (item texts, headings, consolidation texts) were also maintained in this language.
- It is possible to forward the report to a spreadsheet program using a PC file. Refer to the field’s online documentation for detailed information.
Within standard reports, you can branch from the basic list or the list display of partner shares into the display of company shares. Similarly, you can branch from the basic list or the list display of company shares into the display of partner shares.
Printing reports
You can first execute reports on-screen, and then print them. Alternatively, you can start the combined function Execute + print. Please note the following concerning page breaks in printing:
- If you print the report after executing it on screen, the page breaks follow the screen format and are not as defined in the report definition. The header data is printed at the top of every page.
- If you print using the combined function Execute + print the page breaks are as defined in the report definition. The header data is printed at the top of every page.
