Ability to run subsequent processing in the background
You can only use this function if you use
The following functions already existed in previous releases, but now you can run them in the background. .
- Allocation (transaction WAK17)
- Listing (transaction WAK18)
- Announcement (transaction WAK19)
You can restrict the runs to a range of materials based on your selection criteria, and run the jobs in parallel.
You cannot run two different programs at the same time for the same article. However, you can set the programs up to run one after the other for an article.
Three new BAPIs
You can only use this function if you use
Three new BAPIs have been developed for 4.6C:
- Promotion.GetList: Exports a list of promotions, including organizational data and validity periods.
- Promotion.GetDetail: Exports detail data for a specific promotion so that you can work on it in an external system.
- Promotion.Change: Imports changed data from an external system back into the SAP system and updates the records accordingly.
