Displaying Postponements to the Follow-Up Dates 

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    From the Maintenance Plans node, choose Display.

    The system defaults the number of the last maintenance plan you processed.

  3. Choose .
  4. Choose the Maintenance Plan Schedule Calls tap page, to see the job overview.
  5. Check that you are at the very top of the call list.

  6. Select the first date, and choose to check the new maintenance dates.
  7. Choose .
  8. In the Shift field you can see that the date of the second planning delivery schedule has been shifted.

  9. Choose until the overview tree appears.

Result

The change in date is calculated from the start date five weeks previously. The first planned call was set for 30 days after that date. That was one week ago. However, it was not until today that you reported the maintenance order as technically completed. The shift factor of 100% shifts the date by the full value of the delayed completion confirmation.
